Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Custom Sleep Therapy, your comfort and satisfaction matter. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress or bedding purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Mattresses and bedding may be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition and packaging, free from stains, odors, or damage, unless defective.
• Non-returnable items: gift cards, clearance items, custom-sized or personalized mattresses.

Return & Refund Process

1. Contact our support team at info@customsleeptherapy.com within 90 days to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the mattress or bedding securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item to:
   Custom Sleep Therapy, 123 Comfort Lane, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping & Return Fees

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you need a different mattress size or comfort level, contact support for an exchange. Exchanges are processed as new orders once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mattress arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after approval, first check your bank or card statement. Then contact your payment provider. If still missing, email info@customsleeptherapy.com with your order details.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
